Developed proposals, presentation, and
training curriculum. Generated monthly, week
and special (portfolio at risk report,
expense report, recovery report, saving
analysis, disbursement report. Participated
in the development of computerized area
micro-financing system with live branch and
head office connectivity. Introduced new
ideas in microfinance industry including
community stores operated with membership
cards named micro-cards, free medical
camping for all members, health / life /
loan insurance of all clients, introduced
swing machines, rickshaws, motor bikes,
power looms, textile doubling machine, via
micro-financing and micro-lease to the
community. Managed overall office affairs
and administration, disbursed amounts in
shape of loans, loans validity and
confirmation. Managed all staff including
peon, guard, cashier, loan officers, and
social mobilizer. Conducted and organized
micro-credit and micro-lease training
workshops. Coordinated with delegates from
various donors, funding and associated
organizations including Zaman leasing, PPF,
World Bank, and DFID.

Currently working with SAAME (South Asian
Alliance of Medical Experts) as a Project
Coordinator. Conducted Indoor / Outdoor
Medical camps in various cities of South
Punjab on skin diseases. Dealt with regional
CBOs (Community Based Organizations),
Medical Centers, Hospitals and Skin Care
Centers, including Ans Medicines Vehari,
Mustafa Foundation Hasilpur, Anjuman
Falah-e-Behbood-e-Mareezaan Mailsi, Samreen
Skin Care Center, and Cosmos Skin Care
Center. Dealt with pharmaceutical companies
for providing free samples & unpacked
products. Organized workshops and conducted
lectures on skin. Designed proposals,
agreements and marketing campaigns. Provided
fund raising advisory to CBOs and motivated
them towards sustainability of their system.
Motivated people to participate in blood
banking and medicine banking. Worked for
importing products with distribution rights
including Collagen RX Eye and Collagen RX
Scare.
